2023 Book Club

I was introduced to Sarah Blondin, author and Insight Timer teacher, by first my daughter-in-law and then by two of my very close friends.  I began listening to her meditations and I was in awe of yet another modern day mystic who profoundly puts words and poetry to the stirrings of my heart.  I bought her book, “Heart Minded…How to hold yourself and others in love," and have been using it daily in my meditation time.  IT IS SO GOOD!  Now, I would love nothing more than to explore and discover together how this book lands on each of us.

So, I’m throwing it out there.  If you would have time and interest in being a part of this book club beginning in January, 2023,  I would love to hear from you.

We will meet via Zoom from 10 a.m.-11:30 a.m. PCT, on the 2nd & 4th Thursday of each month through April.

There are 23 chapters in the book that are very short, but very rich.  At the end of each chapter there is a link to a meditation to listen to or if you prefer it is also transcribed.  We will discuss 3 chapters each time we meet.  As mentioned, I've been using this book during my daily meditations and the total time for a chapter & meditation is about 20 minutes.

This is very deep with Insight and, honestly, it’s one that you could refer back to again and again, depending on where you are at on your spiritual journey at any given time.

Why don’t you take a look at Sarah’s book and/or listen to her on Insight Timer to see if this is for you and then let me know if you would like to participate in “Walking Each Other Home”.  I would like to keep this group to eight participants committed to coming twice a month for one and a half hours.
